Welcome to The Archival Advisor!
It's my pleasure to introduce The Archival Advisor, a site created and published by the Image Permanence Institute (IPI) at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Our goal here is to provide you with accurate and easy-to-understand information on how to preserve your personal collection of photographic images.
I'm sure you'll learn something new today, as you become familiar with this site. I hope you'll also discover that this is the place to come for quick answers to questions about how to care for your images.
